My check-in experience was frustratingly slow, and the staff's lack of attentiveness was alarming. I waited for my room to be cleaned after a three-day stay, only to find that all they did was empty the bathroom trash can. The breakfast options were disappointingly overpriced and barely edible, almost resembling hospital food.

i don’t even know where to start! the staff’s attitude was appalling. after our stay, we received unexplainable charges and a lack of communication. i was also intending to receive a complimentary upgrade but was treated like just another guest. i almost gave a good review, but absolutely couldn’t after this calamity of service.
